In the past, our daily lives gradually settled into a certain routine behaviour that changed somewhat after a major disaster or other drastic event. But I believe that in today's world, where technological breakthroughs bring rapid change, there is no longer a "new normal". We need to recognise that 'never normal' will now be the new normal for humanity until we break it down and move from being passive victims to active co-creators with an attitude of 'always different'. This presentation will look at what the therapy sector can do today to develop new opportunities from this routine and present a masterplan for how doctors and therapists must change in order to optimally adapt to the new changes.
