Dear Mr Sauldie, the regional conference of the Bavarian Junior Chamber in Augsburg (from 28 June to 1 July 2007) was a complete success. "Great, simply great" was also the verdict of the deputy regional chairman Bernd Oelsner. With a well-rounded programme of conferences, seminars, company tours and supporting events, the WJ Augsburg was able to offer around 500 guests everything their hearts could desire. With the IHK Schwaben as the conference centre and several "jewels of the city" such as the Schaezler-Palais, the Maximilian-Museum and the Golden Hall, the Augsburg conference showed itself from its best side. We would like to thank you very much for organising the programme as a speaker on the topic of "Lustgefühl im Netz: I want that!" enriched the programme. You managed to bridge the gap between conceptual design and successful marketing and conveyed the fascination for the modern world of information and communication to your audience. The presentation focused very vividly on the behaviour of the modern customer. How do they really utilise the information possibilities of the new media? Which factors are decisive for his decision?
