According to GfK sales outlet data from 75 countries, the average sales price for smartphones last year ranged from USD 645 in the Asian industrialised countries (including Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea and Taiwan) to USD 183 in the Asian emerging markets (including Bangladesh, India, Cambodia, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam).
